Annunziata Hospital (just cross the street) and 150 meters from the Gabriele d'Annunzio University, our B&B is one of the first established in our province. Our establishment is connected to Pescara, the center of Chieti, and various suburban lines with stops right in front of the B&B. In addition to the meticulous cleanliness of the premises, guests can rely on the availability and warm family atmosphere that has always set us apart, starting with a rich breakfast of homemade pastries in the spacious common area.
